After almost four years of waiting, the second season of Made in Heaven has released today on Amazon Prime.

Made in Heaven is a Delhi based wedding planning company co-owned by Karan and Tara. This is the story of both. Made in Heaven plays with and then blows your mind. The reason of this superb series is because it tricks you. You start watching it believing you’ll be seeing some ‘inexplicable rich people getting married’. There is a lot of sex. But what you expect on instead, is intriguing yet a non-depressing complexity. In every episode, the plot evolves as the characters evolve. You are at ease into this world with a slight superficial knowledge of the characters. They need to make money and are willing to use unfair tactics for selfish reasons. The same characters later use the very same tactics for getting shadier but courageous stuff.

.

Drama, high-end society, rich people problems showcase with such artsy panache. ‘Made In Heaven’ is such a brilliant shift from seeing the generic rags-to-riches gangster. Low-life drama web-series yet refreshing and funny to watch.

Made in Heaven is a well crafted, spellbinding show. Each and every character is etched out so poignantly. The writing is top notch, with great acting from everyone involved.

Loved the work of Sobhita Dhulipala. She has brought 360 degrees of emotion in her part. She looked damn beautiful throughout.

Arjun Mathur gave a terrific performance. The chemistry between him and Shobita as friends is top notch. Jim Sarbh has good screen presence but his acting is a bit weak.

The show not only have an ensemble cast but an ensemble of directors as well. Zoya Akhtar, Nitya Mehra, Prashant Nair and Alankrita Shrivastava gave their best of work. It doesn’t feel that story is going low at any second of the show. Equal credit goes to the writer team – Zoya Akhtar, Reema Kagti and Alankrita Shrivastava.

.

The series shows modern elite class of India, their lifestyle and their problems.

If you want to watch something romantic with some drama and glamour then watch this series.
