- 1 table spoon honey (choice)
- ½ tea spoon vanilla extract (choice)
- Ice cubes (as needed)
Preparation
- Blend together the strawberries, Greek yoghurt, milk, honey (if using) and vanilla essence.
- Blend at high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- If you want your smoothie to be thicker and colder, add ice cubes.
- Blend again until the ice is completely mixed.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve it immediately.
